Once we have received your inquiry we will confirm within 24-48 hours to coordinate a time for a complimentary in person consult. We will also email you our coordinating packages. Remember we can help you with both coordinating and floral design or just one service.
Let’s have some fun! We will meet in person to go over all the details of your dream event. Its okay if you don’t know all the details yet. We can help you develop a design where no detail is left undone. I will explain our coordinating packages, that we will email to you beforehand. At this consult we will also discuss your budget, color scheme and all the details. Bring your inspirations and color swatches with you.
Your detailed proposal will outline everything we talked about in our consult. It will be itemized with inspiration pictures to reflect your designs. This is always exciting. The proposal will also include any linens, rental items, vendor recommendations and details we discussed.
To secure your wedding date with Ruffled Willow we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% deposit on your floral design and/or coordinating packages. Once a contract has been signed Ruffled Willow will officially be your event florist and/or coordinator.
Throughout all your wedding planning, we will be here for you. We are happy to answer your questions. We are only a text, email or call way. We love getting to know our clients!
We will meet 30-45 days out to go over all the exciting details of your event. At this time all floral design orders must be completed. Final payment is due at the time of the final consult. After our final consult we will order flowers, start pressing linens and work behind the scenes to make your dream event come to life.
